What a visit looks like
A rough shape, not a schedule. We'll build it around your flights.
Land, and drive the coast
We collect you from the airport — forty minutes to the water. The afternoon is the coast road end to end: Punta Roca, the port, El Tunco, El Zonte, Palmarcito. You'll see what the bypass opened up and why the land sits where it does. Dinner at the port.
Walk every plot
Boots on. We walk the bypass lots with the survey plans, stand where the house would stand, and look at the view you'd be buying. Then El Palmarcito and the port site, so you see both projects on the ground rather than on a screen.
Numbers, notary, and the beach
Whatever you want: sit down with us on prices, title and process — we'll bring the notary in if you're serious — or just surf and fly home the next morning. No pressure, no closing dinner.
Who you'll be with
You'll be with the family, not a sales team.
Armin has been building on this coast for over twenty years. He drives, he knows every owner on the road, and he'll tell you which plots he passed on and why. Brianna and James handle everything else — flights, where you stay, what you eat.
Book a visit
Tell us roughly when, and we'll do the rest.
Send the dates you have in mind and James comes back within a day with a plan and a call, or skip the form and message Marvin on WhatsApp.
We host you on the ground — the driving, the tours and our time are on us. Flights and accommodation are yours, though we'll tell you exactly where to stay and get you the rate.
